: As an Interior Design Procurement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth acquisition of home furnishing items for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include providing accurate and timely quotes to designers from our extensive vendor network and maintaining clear, effective communication with designers and vendors. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with Ivy software, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment using Slack.

1. Quote Management

Receive and review incoming quote requests via email from designers.

Analyze requirements and price appropriate items from our vendor list.

Calculate pricing based on vendor pricing structures, incorporating applicable commissions available in a Google Sheet.

Prepare detailed quotes that include item pricing, availability, and lead times.

Ensure all quotes are accurate and consistent, meeting quality standards.

2. Vendor Liaison

Develop and maintain strong relationships with our vendor network.

Communicate with vendor sales representatives and customer service teams to obtain information on pricing, availability, and lead times.

Promptly and professionally resolve any discrepancies or issues related to quotes, orders, or deliveries.

3. Communication

Provide designers with quotes and address queries or concerns via email in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, knowledgeable support.

Act as a central point of contact for procurement-related inquiries from internal and external teams.

4. Documentation and Record Keeping

Keep organized records of all quotes, orders, and communications with designers and vendors using email and applicable software.

Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for reference and reporting.

• Ability to Work in a High Paced, High Volume, Team Oriented Environment.

• Expert acquisition of all Vendor practices and knowledge base.

• Advocate and respond as the designer’s representative.

• Ability to build relationships with Vendors and Stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office Skills: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for quote management, record keeping, and reporting.

• Ivy Software Experience: Familiarity with Ivy software for managing procurement and project details.

• Apple: Must be expert in navigating all Apple operating systems and dev
