Krista + Home is an award-winning luxury interior design firm specializing in high-end residential projects. We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team and lead luxury design projects from concept to completion. This role requires a creative visionary with exceptional project management skills and a deep understanding of sophisticated interior aesthetics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead high-end residential interior design projects from concept to completion.

• Develop and present creative design concepts, mood boards, and space plans.

• Source and specify materials, furnishings, and finishes to align with the Krista + Home aesthetic.

• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution.

• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to bring designs to life.

• Manage and mentor junior designers and design assistants.

• Conduct site visits and provide guidance during installation.

• Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and luxury design innovations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.

• 7+ years of experience in high-end residential interior design.

• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and manage client relationships.

• Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Design Manager.

• Strong understanding of luxury materials, custom furniture, and millwork.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
